We use UL and MSHA approved cable and offer many choices based on the environment in which the cables will be used. We manufacture single and banded cable assemblies using three types of cable, including:

CAM CABLE ASSEMBLIES |
|
Our most popular cable is 4/0 Extra Flexible Type W cable which has rubber based insulation and a rubber jacket to provide great durability in the field and against the elements. It is water resistant, very flexible, and is easy to handle. The most common sizes are 50’ and 100’ cables with a male and female locking cam lock connectors attached. We will manufacture these with lengths cut to order per your requirements.

"Cam to Lug” connectors are also available to help retrofit existing equipment into a complete locking cam system. These are available in colors as well.

PIGTAIL ASSEMBLY |

Pigtails are designed to your specifications. The most common sizes are 3’ to 10’ lengths with one male or female cam lock and/or lug attached. These and other custom attachments can serve useful in the field to make adjustments to connections. Just let us know what you need and in what configuration, we will manufacture these per your requirements.

BANDED ASSEMBLY |
These are typically with 5 #2 Stage Lighting Entertainment Cables or 5 #2 Type W cables with male and female cam locks attached. These are bound every 2 feet with heavy-duty shrink-wrap tubing. Standard lengths are 25’, 50’ and 100’ assemblies. Assemblies with other gauges and lengths are available.
